On the ground floor is the apartment. Kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, living room, guest toilet for a total of 4 persons. In the 1. Floor are 4 bedrooms - 1 single, 2 double and 1 four-bed room (for a total of 9 people), 2 bathrooms with 3 shower facilities with bath and toilet. Facilities: Parking and small children's playground next to the house, fridge (freezer), dishwasher, coffee machine (s), kettle, toaster, satellite, W-LAN, radio / CD player, large swivel grill incl. Firewood (on request), towels and sheets.

Very idyllic, detached, 2-storey farmhouse (built in 1915 - renovated in 2016) with about 180 m² living space at the end of a dead end in the middle of a horse farm for a total of 13 people in a family, child-friendly atmosphere. Ideal for families with children, hikers, cyclists, motorcycle groups, fitters, trail riders, tourists with their own horse (full board for your horse possible - no boxing). Barbecue in front of the house. A restaurant and supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. The Hemsbacher Wiesensee and the Weinheimer Waidsee with their beach baths offer in summer a high fun factor with excellent recreational opportunities. Both can be reached in a few minutes via car. Peaceful stay in countryside

Big house on a horse hotel and stables. Beautiful countryside around - we did walks, visited Heidelberg and found some local swimming pools for the children. Spacious bedrooms but some were locked and it could do with a larger and more comfortable lounge with more seating.

Alles wie beschrieben, freundlicher Kontakt, mit kleinen Kindern 4- 6 Jahren hervorragend geeignet es bietet viel Platz drinnen und draußen - sehr lockere Atmosphäre. Die nähere Umgebung bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeit Gestaltung.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 14Personen für ein Familientreffen im Ferienhaus. Etwas abseits gelegen, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles problemlos

Familienwochenende

Wir haben mit Großeltern, verheirateten Kindern und Enkeln ( 7 Erw. 4 Kinder) ein zentrales Treffen durchgeführt. Es war eine ideale Unterkunft mit einzelnen Zimmern und gemeinsamer Küche und WohnZi. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie ermöglichten auch einen kleinen geführten Ausritt für unsere Enkelchen. Auch für "Nichtwander-Reiter" ein schönes Gehöft für allgemeine Unternehmungen.
