About this property

Ideal for couples, but also for families

This is the upper apartment in our house Romance with approx. 60 m² living space. Up to 4 people can be accommodated here (baby cot also possible).

A beautiful bedroom with a four-poster bed and a small balcony guarantees the best relaxation. The living room can be used as a second bedroom if more than 2 people are to be accommodated. Here is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washing facilities. The large covered balcony can be used as a second living room, here you can comfortably survive the summer rain.

In the living room, a wood stove also provides romance and cozy warmth.

Book the tiled stove apartment and the Himmelreich apartment together - this results in a living unit for up to 8 people with enough space for everyone.

The adjoining garden with plenty of seating and a brick barbecue area rounds off the picture in style (exclusively for all guests at Haus Romance). Relax in the green under the apple trees or sunbathe on the terrace.

Für einen Kurzurlaub i.O.

Für 3 Tage und nur 2 Personen, ist die Ferienwohnung OK. Ansich ist die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, fehlt Geschirr und Besteck. Da keine Dunstabzugshaube vorhanden, ist das evtl. Kochen auf dem 2-Plattenherd auch nur begrenzt mögllich. Bei Ankunft war die Ferienwohnung ansich, Boden, Bäder und Möbel sauber, aber in den Dachschrägen gerade im Schlafzimmer waren sehr große Spinnenweben-Nester und die Kunstblumendekoration über Eingang Bad, in der Dachschräge/Gebälk sehr staubig. Hier sollte auch eine Reinigung stattfinden.

Romanisch Traumhaft

Eine traumhaft gelegene, sehr gepflegte Wohnung mitten im Nirgendwo. Die Lauter fliest direkt vorm Fenster und aus dem Schlafzimmer schaut man auf den Biberbau. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden in jedem Fall nochmal dorthin zurückkehren und Urlaub machen!! Danke an Familie Sonnemann!!!
