About this property

3 bedroom house with fenced in yard and pool close to Syracuse

Centrally located corner lot with a large 5 car driveway. 10 minutes from downtown Syracuse and 5 minutes from Oneida lake. Close to all highways, 81, 481 and the thruway. Well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and other cooking accessories. Large fully fenced yard with deck and a large inground pool. (Pool is open seasonally depending on weather. Generally end of May-Oct) Please note as we are dog friendly, there is an additional $75 pet fee per dog. If you did not check the “traveling with pets” box and you show up with a dog, you will be charged $75 due immediately before you can access the property. We do allow small respectful gatherings and holidays, we do not allow parties. As this house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time starts at 9pm to respect the neighbors. We are local and will absolutely enforce this rule. If the neighbors complain you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your payment. Please respect our neighborhood like you live there. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Family visit

Daily visits from my family that all live in nearby towns. The pool and central air were great with the heatwave we had. The fenced in yard allowed our dog to be off a lead and we didn’t need to worry about him.The property is in a residential area, and close enough to grocery stores, restaurants etc.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent experience at this VBRO in Cicero NY. Our son was graduating from Syracuse and we were looking for a location just outside the city for convenience and in order to have space. WiFi was excellent which allowed me to work remotely for a portion of the stay. All rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent t communication from host.

Beautiful home

This is our second time staying at this house it is always the best. Clean , spacious and Beautiful ...the pool is great for us and our dog, we love it. There is so much to do around the corner from this place, Oneida lake and Sylvan beach and casino. Can not wait to come back

Secure yard for the dogs

I hate leaving a good review because I loved my time at this house and I want to keep it all to myself. The problem is they deserve their 5🌟. The house was lovely there were dog bed’s everywhere. The kitchen seemed well stocked we didn’t cook at the house though. I loved the pool and spent my days there. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs. The yard was awesome for the dogs. If you are staying here visit Green Lakes State Park. It was gorgeous and about 20 minutes away.

What a great house!! Everything was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing. Wish I found this house earlier - would definitely of stayed there. Went up to visit our kids who go to Syracuse University and this house really was incredible! Fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog, along with the dog beds, dog gates and dog bowl!! House is beautiful decorated and so clean!! Had everything we needed!! Was so perfect, we ended up staying an additional night. Bill was incredible - responded right away whenever I sent a message! Lots of restaurants to order from. Neighborhood was great. Would definitely recommend - can’t wait to go again!

I had a terrible experience with owner he was rude and racist the pillows were dirty in bedroom smelled like dirt…you can smell moisture in air which he had a dehumidifier going upstairs he came by the house lurking and never stated he had cameras in the house he invaded my privacy I will never rent from him again…

Perfection

The house was everything we expected and more. We are seasoned VRBO guests up and down the East coast. This was the best house by far. It was immaculate. Not a spot of dust. Kitchen is well stocked. Love when hosts let guests leave supplies for the next renter. Kurig coffee maker with a few pods to start, sugar and sweeteners. A couple water bottles, a chilled bottle of wine, a frozen pizza, condiments…only thing lacking in that room was a tea kettle (but a pot of boiling water works fine as well). Living room has a huge, comfy couch, big screen tv…Alexa speakers in most rooms. Plenty of blankets, cleaning supplies, towels, sundries. My favorite thing was the beds. I meant to take a picture of the mattress label in 3rd bedroom (where I slept better than I have in years) but forgot. It was amazing.My sister and niece were equally happy with their rooms. Lots of closet space. Full unfinished basement with washer/dryer. We were only there for 2 days so we didn't use them. Backyard has a patio/deck, BBQ grill and large built in pool. (Maybe we will come back in the summer 😍.) Yard is fenced in and pet friendly. Cameras in front and back yard for security. (Not in house) Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home Bill.

This is the perfect place to stay. Location is perfect for us to see our family while in town. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to any questions. This was our third stay at this property. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kids had a great time. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good things about this property and Bill as the host! The house was noticeably recently cleaned when we arrived, binder on the table explained everything we needed to know for our stay, and the neighborhood felt very safe.
