- The house is not suitable for children under 12 years, due to the stairs and the unsecured swimming pool.
- The place is non-smoking.
- Events and parties are not allowed, to ensure the calm of the site.
- Access to the house is via stairs, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Respect for the area is a priority: we ask guests to ensure the tranquility of the place, especially in the evening.
- The house must be left clean and in good condition. A deposit may be withheld in case of non-compliance.
