You will fall in love with the peace and serenity of this property. With over 20 acres to walk and over an acre stocked pond, you will enjoy the nature of this quaint little farm house located just 7 miles outside of the town Calvert TX. The pond is stocked with bass and catfish (catch and release only) so bring your rod and reel.
The relaxing outdoor space, charming interior and ambiance will make you wish for more days in the country. Unwind on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the peace and tranquility of the country. Calvert is located only 33 miles from College Station and 50 miles from Waco which makes this the perfect location for a parent visiting students. The town of Calvert is enjoying a revitalization with new shops and restaurants popping up all over town. There is also a new vineyard not too far out of town.
At night you can enjoy a fire out by the firepit swing and witness an unimaginable amount of stars.

Great weekend in the country

We enjoyed a great weekend in Calvert. The house was comfortable and the property was nice. The hosts very accommodating. We look forward to renting again.
