Summary:
Let your hair down in your own space here. Perfect for business, leisure, or adventure. Self Check-in with your own private and keyless entrance and free parking for 2 cars in the tandem garage. Additional free street parking if desired. Here you are within walking distance to downtown and several coffee shops breweries eateries and events. Not to mention within an hour of 9 ski resorts."

The Space:
For business or vacation, you'll feel comfortable with all the amenities you need. This is a new three level complex with a modern feel to it. In the mood for a sunrise or sunset? There is a balcony on either side so you can enjoy your coffee or tea in any setting you desire. If traveling for work you can stay productive with a dedicated workspace. The garage is big enough for two cars tandem, however the entrance is admittedly small. Difficult for large SUV's or pickup trucks. However, there is plenty space for ski equipment storage or the like. We offer fast WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Self check-in you'll receive a door code to the front door one hour before check-in time. No need for lock boxes or key handoff. You have access to a private garage big enough for two cars tandem, however the entrance is admittedly small. Difficult for large SUV's or pickup trucks. However, there is plenty space for ski equipment storage or the like.

The Neighborhood:
Immerse yourself in culture! Within 8 Blocks from S Temple which puts you a stone throw away to the most history rich and iconic locations in Salt lake city, Temple Square. Also nearby you'll find the City Creek Center, Gateway Mall, Salt Palace, and Vivint Center home of the Utah Jazz.

Getting Around:
When staying here you not only have access to garage and street parking, you are also one block away from the UTA Trax 900 S station. Enjoy an evening riding into downtown or return your rental car and use the trax to get to and from the airport. There are plenty Lyft and Uber services available as well.

Interaction with Guests:
If your the kind of traveler who enjoys their privacy and little to no interaction with the Host, then you've found the right spot. This means if you plug the potty you may have to un-stock it yourself. I aspire to be well stocked, and have everything you need for your stay, but if an issue arises I will try to have someone who can be nearby to help.
