The Space: For business or vacation, you'll feel comfortable with all the amenities you need. This is a new three level complex with a modern feel to it. In the mood for a sunrise or sunset? There is a balcony on either side so you can enjoy your coffee or tea in any setting you desire. If traveling for work you can stay productive with a dedicated workspace. The garage is big enough for two cars tandem, however the entrance is admittedly small. Difficult for large SUV's or pickup trucks. Guest Access: Self check-in you'll receive a door code to the front door one hour before check-in time. No need for lock boxes or key handoff. You have access to a private garage big enough for two cars tandem, however the entrance is admittedly small. Difficult for large SUV's or pickup trucks. The Neighborhood: Immerse yourself in culture! Within 8 Blocks from S Temple which puts you a stone throw away to the most history rich and iconic locations in Salt lake city, Temple Square. Also nearby you'll find the City Creek Center, Gateway Mall, Salt Palace, and Vivint Center home of the Utah Jazz.
Getting Around: When staying here you not only have access to garage and street parking, you are also one block away from the UTA Trax 900 S station. Enjoy an evening riding into downtown or return your rental car and use the trax to get to and from the airport. There are plenty Lyft and Uber services available as well.
Interaction with Guests: If your the kind of traveler who enjoys their privacy and little to no interaction with the Host, then you've found the right spot. This means if you plug the potty you may have to un-stock it yourself. I aspire to be well stocked, and have everything you need for your stay, but if an issue arises I will try to have someone who can be nearby to help.

This property was amazing! The beds were super comfy and communication with the host was nothing short of fabulous! The location is great, easy Uber access to everywhere and didn't cost an arm and a leg! We would definitely rent this property again!
It was our second time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The condo is spacious, well-equipped and in a very convenient location. Beds are comfortable. Would stay again for sure.
Place was clean and very reasonable for location and size. It was nice having two bedroom suites so we could each have our own bathroom. I would stay here again if in the area.
Good location convenient to downtown SLC, airport, etc. Everything was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of cookware. Coffee pods were supplied. We didn't bother parking in the garage since street parking is directly outside the front door. Both showers are in the upstairs bedrooms, so if someone stays in the bedroom downstairs they need to share shower access. Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. It was nice having a washer and dryer and having the razors, shaving cream, and toothbrushes and toothpaste was thoughtful.
Beautiful condo, updated and new, host was attentive and communicative. Downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom and by outdoor entrance so wouldn’t recommend for kids, but two great bedrooms upstairs. Only downside was traffic noise on street, very loud which made sleeping difficult for a lighter sleeper.
My brother and I visited Utah for a siblings weekend and found this awesome condo to be a perfect choice for our long weekend. Steve, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. And the condo was super clean, modern, had easy instructions on check-in and check-out. Plus was a good location for the activities we wanted to do. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Very convenient location close to downtown, with easy highway access. Nice extras in the apartment like Keurig coffee, cleaning products, blankets.
Very good communication with the host, clear instructions
beautiful new place. spacious and nice had everything we needed. and the property manager was very communicative, helpful and nice. i'm slightly mixed on the area. on the one hand, its not an amazing part of town (a bit run down) but on the other hand, its very close to downtown and is a gated community. we had no security concerns. i'd highly recommend this property.

Nice place, plenty of room, close to lots of things down town.
Clean and roomy. Everything was just as description said. Cool neighborhood with plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk. No surprises. Even fit a Ram 3500 in the garage 😬
This is a great VRBO for a family or just a date night. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s that I have stayed at. Neither my wife or I can come up with anything negative to say about the place that wouldn’t be just nitpicking. The only drawback is that the Dominoes Pizza for this area sucks. We waited two hours to get the wrong order. So in summary, if you want a great VRBO in downtown SLC. This is definitely an option, just don’t get pizza from Dominos.
