Endless Views from the double decks on the Seaside Beauty! Easy access to the Ocean is just steps across the street! Elevator for Easy Access to all floors! This home is located towards the southern part of North Topsail Beach closest to Surf City. (please note there is new construction next door that is almost finished. They may make noise during the day. All should be complete by October)
Ocean views are incredible from the decks. Decks are off Family room and Master Bedroom. Nice Swing on the Porch to enjoy with family and listen to the waves crashing on shore. Watch the dolphins by day, and the lightning over the Ocean by night. Such a special location to enjoy Topsail Island!
Ther kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary baking dishes, cookie sheets, pots, and pans. There are two coffee makers including a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Don't forget all your kitchen essentials like tin foil, saran wrap, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Also bring all paper essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc.
DONT FORGET to bring your Sheets for 4 Queen beds, your bath, kitchen, beach Towels, and your beach chairs. Call Karen with any questions. WIFI password and Network are located on the refrigerator. Sleeps 8 IN BEDS. Sleeps 11 with 1 twin cot and 1 queen blow up mattress that can be placed in Living room/common area.

Grilling: Grilling is only allowed in the gravel drive, not under the house. Grill not provided. Inexpensive vacation grills are usually available at Roses over the NTB bridge. You can also find household essentials in case you forgot anything.

BE SURE to take all trash to the can and roll cans to the street on FRIDAY NIGHT before your Saturday morning departure. No trash should be left in the home and no food should be left in the refrigerator or cabinets. The green can for trash must be rolled out Friday night for Trash Pickup Saturday morning early so it is empty for the next guests. Please leave the home as you found it with beds made. These checkout items are important and part of the deposit may be held for not completing checkout instructions. Leftover, non opened food can be dropped off at the NTB Town Hall on your way to the NTB high rise bridge. New to the Topsail Island rental market. Not rented in the past. Hence no reviews.

Be sure to inform Karen if you see anything that needs attention. Some things happen during a stay and we are not aware if you don't let us know. Any leaks or dripping faucets/showers/hose bibs should be reported as soon as possible as they can waste tons of water and or be a symptom of larger problem. Thank you!

Emergency Policy
No refunds are given for vacations canceled or interrupted for weather and or hurricane evacuations. You are strongly encouraged to get vacation insurance.
In the event of a busted pipe or other event out of Owner's control during your stay: Owner will try in earnest to find alternate accommodations if tenants have to leave the cottage due to emergency in the house such as busted pipe, etc. Remainder of Tenants vacation amount will be refunded, or put towards new accommodations if found. If Owner cannot find new accomodations, Tenants will receive refund for remaining days with no further obligation from Owner. The summer season is often booked solid and it is highly possible no comparable accommodations are available.

There are security cameras under the house the surveil the parking area.
