Luxury Private Villa at the dunes, beach and sea

In Villaparc Duynopgangh everything comes together. Dunes, beach, North Sea / Sea at 300 m, golf course nearby. (1.5 km) and a thatched villa equipped with every luxury. Our house is very confortable and is available for max. 6 persons. Our villa has a free and very large garden plot (fenced, 525 m2) and therefore with a lot of 'privacy'. The living room is very comfortable and modern with 2 large leather sofas and a dining room part
The kitchen is as it should. TV, DVD, VCR, radio, cable and wireless internet are all there. On the ground floor there is a separate shower and a washing machine naürlich. Upstairs there is next to bathroom with bath and hand shower, 3 bedrooms with 6 boxspring beds (one double bed and 2x2 single beds). Cot and high chair are there.

Das Haus hatte keine 2 Bäder

Wenn ich zwei Bäder anbiete erwarte ich auch zwei Bäder. Der Garten grenzt an eine Zufahrt zum Campingplatz und es ist dort sehr laut.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ansich war schön, gut ausgestattet aber leider nichts besonderes, das den hohen Preis rechtfertigt. Leider gab es auch nur 5-6 deutsche TV-Sender. Die Treppe knarrt sehr und 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hin, wo es z.t. sehr laut war, wofür aber der Vermieter nichts kann. Eine Überlegung wäre es wert, an der Terrassentür ein Fliegengitter o.ä. anzubringen. Ansonsten war es ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub.👍🙂

Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Geräusche vom Campingplatz haben uns nicht gestört. Man konnte draußen schön sitzen. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit konnten wir leider nur drei Sterne vergeben, da die Dusche im ersten Obergeschoss verstopft war und das Wasser nicht ordentlich ablief. Im Rahmen der Selbstabhilfe konnten wir dann eine Vielzahl von Haaren aus dem Duschablauf entfernen, so dass danach ein Duschen ohne Überlaufen möglich war. In der Küche befindet sich leider kein Backofen, lediglich eine Art Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion. Dies ist für ein solches Ferienhaus unter Berücksichtigung des Mietpreises unangemessen. Hier sollte dringend nachgerüstet werden. Wir und unsere Freunde haben selber Ferienwohnungen in Stralsund und haben natürlich unsere Ansprüche daran orientiert. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Es war nicht so , wie wir es gern gesehen hätten.

Es sollte 2 Badezimmer vorhanden sein, aber es war nur eins. Das Andere war ein Putz-Raum mit Waschmaschine/ Trocker . Da war eine Dusche drin. Backofen, lach es war eine Mikrowelle mit Bachfunktion . Aber für 6 Personen Backen oder Garen unmöglich, viel zu klein. Betten , darüber schweige ich . Auf dem Boden zu schlafen wäre besser. Das Haus selber war gut , Lage Top. Küche bis auf die Mikrowelle , top. Preisleistung nich ok.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Julianadorp

Dein Einchecken war unkompliziert und sogar etwas früher möglich - top. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Treppe knarzt fürchterlich. Das ist echt nervig, gerade wenn man mit kleineren Kindern oder älteren Menschen reist, sehr steil und vorallem furchtbar laut. Was ist auch nicht perfekt fand war, das nicht komplett umzäunte Grundstuck. Noch vorne hin ist es offen, grundsätzlich ja kein Problem, aber wenn man wie wir mit einem jungen Hund reist, hätte ich gewünscht es wäre zu. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses top. Nah an den Dünen, einmal durch und schon ist man am Strand. Bäcker oder Supermarkt muss aber mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gemacht werden.
