Adorable Home in Dover Bay!

This home was adorable and perfect for visiting my parents over the holiday break. It's been a light winter in north Idaho which meant we got to enjoy how close this home was to the water by taking a morning stroll down to the shore. Very easy to find and so close to Sandpoint. More than enough linens and house supplies plus the kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishware, which made cooking and enjoying meals together a breeze. Owners were quick to respond and great communicators. We would happily come back and stay again!

Very nice and comfortable.

Stayed at this cute home for 2 weeks and wish we could have extended longer. Home was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Would rent again. Property manager was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Safety idea

When we arrived home was unlocked and passcode is house address twice. Seems very easy to figure out and recommend one a bit more unique. Also code should be changed between guests if it is not. Otherwise, very happy. :)

Dover delight

This well-appointed Dover home was just perfect for the two of us and our little fur-friend. We made use of the full kitchen and the large grill out back. Will definitely stay here again; can't beat the price or the location.

We are Southern California natives who just recently discovered the beauty, nature and tranquility that Northern Idaho has to offer and are now blessed to call Idaho our second home. Sandpoint has abundant activities all year round, one can enjoy the Lake Pend Oreille and all the activities and beauty it has to offer along with Schweitzer Mountain Resort and all the fun and excitement it offers. We are happy just taking in the views and wildlife consisting of deer, moose, wild turkeys just to name a few.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this home at first sight. It is beautifully updated, cozy and quaint with easy maintenance. In backs up to the Dover Bay community, yet is free from their CC&Rs and HOA. It is within walking distance to beautiful Dover City Beach, which to us rivals any private beach.
