This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We love the Ammenities, view from back, ease of checkin-out and clear & prompt communication! Thank you, we will be back!
Great for our needs and great location. Could have used a handle by hot tub to get in and out since we are all over 60, haha. It was perfect loved watching geese and golfers. Thanks
This place was great for a nice, quiet long weekend. The neighborhood was off the beaten path, yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Really, the only sounds we heard was the bubbling of the hot tub and the occasional honking of Canadian geese on the nearby golf course.
This house was the perfect setting for our family gathering during our daughter's graduation. The communication from the host was professional and prompt. The yard and setting on the golf course was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was just perfect for our stay.
We had a wonderful time at this cute and comfortable house! The neighborhood is beautiful and the backyard with a hot tub on the golf course was perfect. Communication from the property managers were convenient, pleasant and precise. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. We will stay here again!
Enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion I would make is to lighten up the interior more. It's a bit like a cave, except the kitchen.Light in Laundry room and dining area not bright enough.Older people with less vision need more light.Otherwise, I would come back and see if I could get a deal for a 3 month stay in the summer of 26.One other downside is the cancellation policy. You pay 100% up front and if something happens where you need to cancel, too bad.

We’re glad you enjoyed your stay at Boise Sterling and that you’d consider returning for a longer visit. We appreciate your feedback regarding lighting and will take it into consideration. As for the cancellation policy, it is set through VRBO and displayed prior to booking so guests can review it before confirming their stay. We’d be happy to host you again in the future.
Great home. Clean and well equipped. Additional contracts were required prior to check in. They arent mentioned anywhere in the listing. That was a little weird. Other than the the place was great.
Our stay was fantastic, and this house covered all our needs. I was slow to rent this location due to a bad review I saw. Everything in that bad review was simply not our experience.
House was very clean, hot tub and fire pit worked as they should have, and the proximity to all the downtown fun was perfect. We had perfect weather, so we sat in the back yard and enjoyed watching the golfers cruise by. Even struck up brief conversations with passing golfers which was an unexpected activity that was honestly, pretty fun.
Check in was super clear and easy and the property owner responded very quickly to my one question. Don't hesitate to stay at this house. It was really great.

Won't stay again
We stay at VRBO's all the time a few times a month. This was the first time staying in a place that had so many issues and cost so much. Actually had so many issues my husband didn't even want to stay our entire reservation. When we arrived the driveway and walk way were not shoveled and was icy.The furniture is out dated. Has a funky smell to it. There is a fireplace but unable to use it. The garage light was burned out or just didn't work. The kitchen lights were burned out and missing. The master bath tub has a soak tub but the plug doesn't work for the drain. One of the sinks in the master bath doesn't drain. Some random guy showed up one day after we got out of hot tub said he was there to check chemicals. We had no advance notice of this. There is cob webs in the corners of the rooms. Positive was the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils.

Daina- you were a particularly "complainy" guest. One more complaint about insignificant things and we were going to have to ask you to leave. You got a bargain of a deal for the nights you stayed, but you were exceedingly ungrateful. The hot tub guy shows up each week to service the hot tub (you're welcome?). We are unsure of why you would take issue with that? He doesn't alert us as to exactly when he'll be arriving and no one else has ever been put out by that. He's in a company shirt and vehicle and announces his presence, which is all very normal and reasonable. It snowed 1/16" of an inch during your stay, so we didn't send someone out to shovel the driveway because it melted nearly immediately. However, if you felt it was dangerous, there is a snow shovel and a leaf blower in the garage that you were welcome to borrow. The garage light worked fine- you just had the rocker switch between settings on the far wall inside the garage. The fireplace worked upon your arrival but someone in your group shut the gas valve off and we had to start the pilot light after your departure. There was a single strand of spider web in one corner we could find after you left, which is hardly "every corner". The bathtub has a plug and it was sitting on the edge of the bathtub right after your departure. The second sink in the bathroom drained slow, but that was the only issue we found when we checked on your lengthy list of complaints. We certainly would not welcome you back. Please find other accommodations in the future.
