Ferguson getaway

This was actually our second visit there. We’ve used VRBO our last 3 vacation trips. I loved everything about the place, Alexandra is a great host. I wouldn’t change anything about the trip.

Little Rock

The exact apartment was difficult to find at first. We would have appreciated more detailed directions. Alexandra was a great hostess/manager. She answered any and all questions right away. The view from the corner of the balcony was beautiful, just as pictured. This apartment and, more so the entire property, needs some work (fixes and clean-up. The area is nice and we wnjoyed our stay.

Marriage retreat

I was truly satisfied, it wasn’t about the apartment. Me and my wife were able to talk in a comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, we were treated very well. Thanks so much for this retreat.

Four flights of stairs

Cozy yes, and some amenities yes, bring your own linen there is very poor quality and need replacing. It should be known the apartment is on the 3rd floor, 4 flight's of stairs no elevator. Not enough parking spaces with the # of people on the property. It was quit and a beautiful view of the lake.The Property have limited kitchen needs, no can opener, no mixing bowls 4 flights of stair is a long way down and possibly of not having a parking space is a real inconvenience if you leave to get what you need. Bathroom: when you shower the water drains slow so im not sure if i was taking a shower or bath. Overall it wasnt bad just need some clarity and a few updates.
