Welcome to beautiful Pensacola Beach located on Santa Rosa Island! Yes, you are staying on an actual island so start enjoying Island time! Enjoy your visit here with the newly remodeled condo with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The white sandy beach just steps away, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, and boat dock just to name a few!


We do have a security camera at the front door in the hallway(that is exterior of condo) for safety of our ourselves and guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
*Check under the bed/closest for any belongings you might have left behind
* Logout of any Netflix/Prime/apps on the TV’s. * Make sure all the sliding glass doors are shut. *Empty ice maker and turn it off by flipping switch at bottom of ice maker
*RETURN ALL KEYS. 2 keys to key rack by fridge and key fob at the end of hallway labeled 12F Guest is returned to lockbox. If you do not return ALL keys it’s will be a $200 fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Pets Allowed.
NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. NO LARGE FAMILY GATHERINGS. WIPE AND WASH ALL SAND OFF BEFORE ENTERING CONDO.

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. The views are amazing, the beds were comfortable, the decor was calming, the kitchen had everything needed, and the living area was set up perfectly for family bonding and game night. They had family games and beach towels available for use as well. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Trip

The condo is very spacious and high end. The decor is beachy chic and well thought out. Everything is ready when you get there and the view is gorgeous as soon as you open the front door. Wonderful trip!

Beautiful condo!

The condo is even prettier than in photos. It was absolutely spotless and included everything you could need and more… extra blankets, fans, ALL kitchen accessories, pantry items etc…. The beds and furnishings were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the large balcony and incredible view. Communication with owner was friendly and fast. We were a bit disappointed that the beach access across the street has been closed off and the closest access point is about a 5-7 minute walk. Not a huge deal and of course nothing the owner can control but something to keep in mind if booking this unit for the close beach access like we did. Overall great location… close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough (2 minute drive) that you can relax and hear the waves.
