The Space:
This is a gorgeous condo with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and a patio outlooking the Atlantic for sunrises! Directions to the beach: out the back door, then straight to the ocean!

Guest Access:
The door code is sent on the afternoon of your arrival. There is marked parking for 1 vehicle (E1) and open parking for your other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled at the heart of Amelia Island. Explore local shops to the north and south, while nearby popular restaurants await like The Surf Restaurant & Bar. Just minutes away, discover the rich history of Historic Downtown Fernandina and the majestic allure of Fort Clinch. Enjoy effortless access to the island's best attractions from this centrally located retreat.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
