Apartment in terraced house in a residential complex, in panoramic position on the hill of Costa Rei, on the southeast coast of Sardinia. Fenced garden and covered terrace with splendid sea view, equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower. In the same complex: ISD 813. Free and equipped beaches about 800 m walk and about 1200 m by car. Possibility to rent umbrellas, sun beds, canoes, surfboards and sport boats. Costa Rei is a beautiful resort surrounded by green and lush Mediterranean vegetation, known for its white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. About 1 km away shopping center with various stores, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors in the small local squares, emergency medical service, disco. About 6 km the village of St. Elmo, 15 km from the famous seaside resort of Villasimius, 70 km from the beautiful city of Cagliari (port, airport). The photos are only sample photos.
