About this property

This holiday home with swimming-pool is located on a fenced and maintained property of 350m2. It consists of two living-units, which are connected by inner stairs. Refresh yourself in the pool on the courtyard with necessary privacy or relax in the whirlpool. The billiard table, picado and table football will provide you entertainment while the little ones can enjoy in the playground corner. The pebbled beach is reachable in approx. 2 minutes by car. Kastel Novi was built in 1512 from Pavao Antun Cipiko and was the nephew of the architect, who built also the Kastel Stari. The last approx. 100m access to the house is not asphalted.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
