The property is the former dairy of Verchen, built at the beginning of the 20th century. Part of it today is this skillfully and tastefully developed vacation property, in which the nostalgia of past times is paired with a modern and comfortable interior. The rooms are distributed over several staggered levels, which on the one hand contributes to the unique character of the accommodation, but on the other hand makes it unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. Daylight reaches even the smallest corner through electrically controlled attic windows.



Right nearby you can benefit from the Kummerow Lake: Walks, lakeshore with restaurant and water hiking rest area. The lake, which is part of the Mecklenburg Lake District, also invites you to take boat trips, and the cities of Demmin and Stavenhagen as well as the thousand-year-old oaks near Ivenack offer themselves as day trip destinations.

Urlaubstraum

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist wunderschön hergerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Leider wurde der hervorragende Eindruck der Wohnung im Ausenbereich etwas getrübt. Viele herumstehende Baustoffe und ein etwas ungepflegter Garten und Terassenbereich sollten bei dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Dennoch insgesamt ein schönes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage und kurzem Weg zum See der sehr kinderfreundlich ist weil er sehr lange flach bleibt. Gastronomisch ist im Ort ausser einer Fischgaststätte nicht viel zu erwarten, man sollte vorzugsweise Selbstversorger sein oder muss Fahrtwege in nächstgrössere Orte in Kauf nehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner ,ruhiger Urlaub in traumhafter Ruhe und sehr schöner Umgebung mit tollen Naturbeobachtungsmöglichkeiten.
