About this property
Pure peace and relaxation, close to Sellin, Baabe, Göhren and Binz.
The RĂŒgenhaus is located in the small village Lancken-Granitz, Am MĂŒhlengrund 19 on the outskirts.
The DHH is about 75mÂČ in size.
On the ground floor next to a living room with kitchenette and dining area have a small hall with wardrobe and a shower room.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave etc.. Dishwashing liquid, rags, drying wipes ... are available.
In the living area are a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a display case. On a chest of drawers is a flat screen TV, which can be used as a radio.
Two bedrooms, each with two double beds and a small bathroom with toilet are upstairs.
For infants a cot and a highchair are available (by appointment).
An extra bed for a fifth Person is possible.
The house has two parking spaces, a terrace with garden furniture.
The Fereinhaus is a Non smoking house; Of course you can smoke outside.
Pets are not allowed.
Completion of the house 2015, first rental 2016.
In the HS, the DHH is always rented weekly from Sat to Sat, otherwise the minimum rental period is 5 days and the day of arrival is arbitrary.
Arrival is possible from 15.00 o'clock; if the FeHs is free before, after consultation gladly. The departure has to be done by 10.00 o'clock.
Please note that for linen packages 15,00 ⏠per person and stay and 79,00 ⏠for the final cleaning.
In addition, the municipality Lancken-Granitz raises a tourist tax for persons over 18 years. From 01. 04. - 30. 04. / 01. 10. - 31. 10 this is 1.00 ⏠per person and day and from 01. 05. - 30. 09. 1.50 ⏠per person and day. Winter is free.
All additional fees are payable directly to the landlord. The bank details will be sent after booking.
