Our home is located in the beautiful Trilogy 55+ community which has pools , indoor track , exercise room, yoga room , tennis and pickle ball courts, separate spa and restaurant. The home has open airy floor plan with a lot of light, privacy in the backyard with mature foliage and a nice place to have morning coffee and read the paper . Large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a den that doubles as a home office and Queen Murphy bed. Historic Old LaQuinta is minutes away to take a stroll to all its small owner shops and Sundays Farmers Market! Come see, stay and enjoy !

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all garage door openers are put in the basket and side garage door locked . Sliding patio and front doors are all Locked and blinds and shutters closed . .
Leave side gate to yard unlocked for Gardner to do his work .Set AC to 85 for summer months and heat to 65 for winter months before leaving
Pull in and cover outdoor seating with large covers in garage .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our Holme is in HOA for 55+ so you may have younger guest but they need to be with you when you use the amenities , pay 5.00 per person per use.
All guest will need to be on the gate guest list in order to use amenities by going to the membership desk and provide names and house address
Please remove shoes by front door or back garage door . We have light carpet and flooring so try to keep the areas clean.

Very nice home that was perfect for our stay. Well furnished with comfortable bed, excellent large screen TV and large kitchen. Nice patio and grill, the latter was used multiple times during our stay. Home is located in great golf community. I’m a cyclist so I especially liked the wide roads with lower traffic than most of the rest of the Coachella Valley. Owner Traci was highly responsive and very helpful.

Desert sojourn

The house was superbly equipped and furnished and very private except for at times barking dogs next door and behind, often in the middle of the night, but the host was very responsive in attempting to rectify. All in all a very worth while and relaxing stay.

Excellent property and host

This house was equipped with everything we needed with the addition of a supply of paper products and cleaning supplies that I have not seen in other VRBOs. The host/home owner was very accommodating and answered all questions and inquiries immediately. We loved this house and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable and nicely decorated with a very lovely backyard/patio.

Welcome to our home in LaQuinta! My family and I all reside in Seattle, WA where we all were born and raised. I and my husband work fulltime and vacation in CA so we have purchased a second home where we plan to retire, but until then we share it with our three adult children and four grandchildren and YOU.

Why they chose this property

I love to provide people from around the world the opportunity to experience a part of the country at an affordable price which allows more people to come, stay and play in the desert. I want you to feel at home and have everything you need, just bring your suitcase and kick up your feet to relax as it is your home while your here and I am here when you need me. I take great pride in cleanliness and for folks who book more than 30 days I pay for monthly cleaning while you are in the home only charging a one month cleaning fee no matter how long you stay I pay the additional months.

What makes this property unique

When you stay you will have full access to the Trilogy amenities for a $5.00 fee each time per person that is on the guest list. The golf course is separately owned/ran but you are able to play golf at their regular fees.
