Sehr empfehlenswert

Wirklich in der ersten Reihe zum Meer, man muss nur eine Treppe runtergehen und schon ist man am Meer. Der Strand in Baska ist sehr schön und innert 1 Min. zu erreichen. Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr sympathische Vermieter, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Schritten am Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte,...alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Man wird vom Vermieter bei der Tourist Agency abgeholt und zum Quartier geführt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage.

Prima Lage in der Altstadt, direkt am Meer. Über einem Eissalon gelegen, daher auch nachts ruhig. Sehr gute Ausstattung und Klimaanlage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Name (Erste Reihe am Meer) ist Programm!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch- man benötigt genau 21 Schritte bis zum Meer. Die Ferienwohnung war außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet (v.a. die Küche), sauber und gemütlich. Besonders genossen haben wir die Möglichkeit vor der Ferienwohnung draußen frühstücken und abendessen zu können. Uns hat es dabei nicht gestört, dass eine öffentliche Treppe genau an der Ferienwohnung vorbeiführt und so manchmal Leute vorbei liefen, während wir aßen. Direkt unter der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein outdoor- Eiscafé, in welchem man auch frühstücken kann. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, welcher abgeschlossen ist. Auch dies empfanden wir sehr praktisch. Besonders begeistert waren wir von unserem netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Er machte uns problemlos einen späteren Check-in möglich und wir konnten ihn bei Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren.

Lage zum Strand einmalig

Lage zum Strand, Promenade einmalig. Negativ, Wohnung ist hellhörig zu den anderen Zimmern (Wohnungen). Außengeräusche von der Promenade waren kaum zu hören. Die Terrasse ist nur 0,5 qm groß (Treppenabsatz) und liegt an einem Fußweg/ Treppe in der Verbindung Strand- Altstadt wo ständig Leute langlaufen. Der Parkplatz ist sehr, sehr eng und mit dem PKW schlecht erreichbar. Wir haben davon abgesehen, das Auto zwischendurch zu nutzen, obwohl wir gerne einmal einen anderen Strand angefahren hätten. Am letzten Tag haben wir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr genutzt. Ansonsten wären wir gar nicht weggekommen. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung betrug auch noch einmal 50- 100m durch eine enge Gassen. Service und Leute vor Ort alle hilfsbereit und sehr nett ( Schlüsselübergabe, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchten).

zentral gelegen, komplett ausgestattet, wenige Meter zum Meer

Der erste Eindruck von der Ferienwohnung war etwas gedämpft, da etwas dunkel und keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Die Wohnung war jedoch modern ausgestattet und nicht zu klein. Bis zum Meer waren es wenige Meter über eine Treppe und die nur durch Versorgungsfahrzeuge befahrene Uferstraße. Altstadt, Geschäfte und Gaststätten waren in kurzen Wegen erreichbar. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnungszeit fanden wir die Wohnung okay.
