Our stay was absolutely wonderful in every way. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families with children. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and constant care, especially during the snowstorm. They went above and beyond by bringing bottled water and even snacks for the kids, making sure that my family and I had everything we needed at all times. That level of attention and concern is rare and deeply appreciated.We are incredibly grateful for such a warm, attentive, and professional host. Wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive! Location is lovely and safe. Uber to downtown dallas was about 25bucks. I highly recommend the stay. P.s. the beds where unbelievably comfortable!

Wonderful stay and awesome host and house

We were there for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect for us who stayed. We had 4 families who stayed there. It was plenty of room and the house was clean and perfect for us. The backyard was a huge plus for us. The kids loved it. The location was perfect for us and convenient for downtown Dallas. We would definitely stay there again. The host were very prompt and had everything we needed.

We had no idea the bottom of bed frame was broken until this was communicated to us at the end of the stay. We stayed at this home for a week the neighbor was very quiet home nice and clean it was stocked with anything you needed outside of your own food. When I go back to Dallas I will make sure I book this home again. Thank you.

Nice place for our time in Dallas

This home was all that we needed for our visit. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. It was nice to have the place to park cars behind the house and enclosed behind a gate. We appreciate the owner’s quick responses at check in when the code to enter the home was not working and also for the time the ac stopped working. Both resolved quickly. Thank you!

Cowboys game getaway

We rented this house because it had privacy and space for the 8 of us. Overall it was great. The only thing we would have liked was to have tv’s in the bedrooms and cable. Adan was quick to respond to our questions regarding wifi passwords. It was a quick 20 minute drive to the game and I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

The property was excellent, but we notice some things were not suitable for handicap. The outlet in the master bath did not work, and no railing for seniors. Thank you

Friendly Hosts/Accurate Listing

The house is exactly as listed online. We had 3 grown-ups and 6 kids. Everyone slept comfortably. One of the rooms was mostly vacant because all the kids were able to sleep together in the room with bunk beds because there were cots. They had so much fun staying up late together and sleeping in the same room. It was raining most of the time and there was plenty of room for the kids to play inside. The layout of the house was convenient enough that it never felt crowded in there... even with the boys running all around. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday and the hosts allowed a few family members to stop by during the day as long as we kept the noise down. I was so happy with this! My son had an absolute blast. This house is in the halfway point between us and his cousins. 30mins from his Nana and Papa. Great location for us. We will be back. :)

Nice Neighborhood

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Cold A/C major plus. Never lacked hot water or water pressure with seven people showering, dishwasher and washing machine. Loved that the yard was completely fenced. We rent many houses so compared to others not as many “start” products as other places we have stayed such as dishwasher and laundry detergent. (Although vacation rentals are not be expected to provide this) A binder with information like check out, emergency numbers, attractions, etc would be nice. They did have a first aid kit. When we were in early the TV provided many options.
