Beautiful 70m² apartment completely renovated including a living room with fireplace and an equipped American kitchen. This 40m² living room extended by a 10m² balcony offers a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc.
There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed (and a balcony) and the other with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
You will benefit of plenty of storage space (there is one cupboard in each bedroom and one in the corridor) all household appliances (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer-dryer... - see details), TV, DVD player, stereo and games and books for children.
A ski room is at your disposal in the basement.
This apartment at the foot of the slopes is also suitable for summer holidays: renovated private swimming pool in the residence and tennis, at the start of many hiking trails.
Direct access by lift is possible from Saint-Gervais-Le-Fayet station to Le Bettex via 2 cable cars : Le Valléen lift and Le Bettex lift.
End of stay cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) are included in the price.

Superbe logement où l'on se sent tout de suite bien, en mode cocooning. Les espaces sont très agréables pour une famille de 6.Du soin est apporté pour nous faciliter le séjour, c'est vraiment très agréable !À 6 nous étions à notre aise. Les enfants ont pu profiter du terrain de tennis. La vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc ajoute un véritable plus à ce Chalet aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et d'attention.
