This Beach House is just a few steps away from the ever-popular locals and tourist's favorite spot; SCHOONERS! Also conveniently located within 2 to 5 miles of everything you need for your stay. Enjoy the sun from the large back deck that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This house features large, open rooms with plenty of seating for family gatherings. The open floor plan and kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, and there is an additional dining area for extra seating. The large master bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, and the master bath has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Rooney's Beach House is just off the famous Thomas Drive, the heartbeat of Panama City Beach. With tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, there's always more fun to be had. St. Andrews State Park, which is also close by and has walking trails, fishing, a pier, quiet beaches, and campgrounds. You can't ask for a better location!

Wonderful place right on the beach

Loved the location! Enjoyed many sunsets on the deck and on the beach which is only a few steps away. House shows a little age but just adds to the charm. Many good restaurants nearby and Schooners is just 1 minute walk away which is perfect on arrival day when you're too tired to cook. Especially appreciate we can bring our cat who enjoyed the views too. We'll be back, thanks for sharing!!

Beach getaway

Very beautiful view!! So much room! Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook! Very homey feel. A really good restaurant a couple of doors down. Sunsets amazing!!!
