If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a remote location this beautiful treehouse in NH is the ideal spot. My wife had always dreamed about a getaway in a cabin during winter since she is from a tropical island. Being a treehouse, this was an added bonus. Very impressed with the amount of detail that went into the design. The hosts were extremely gracious and even allowed us to check in early since we were driving all the way from FL. Would love to come back and experience it in the summertime. Highly recommend this place if you want a romantic getaway to unplug from the world.
The treehouse is exactly as described and Tracy and Gavin were just lovely would absolutely stay again. If your looking for a little R&R this would the perfect choice so quiet and peaceful and such beautiful views from all the gorgeous windows.
The treehouse was the perfect getaway for a Southern NH weekend for two. The treehouse was meticulously designed and decorated. The hosts make you feel just at home. The area is beautiful and we will visit again!
My husband and I are outdoor kind of people and this was the perfect place to stay. The property, location and design of the treehouse were beautiful. The owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. The treehouse is so unique, clean and cozy. We are certainly planning on coming back again! Thank you for the perfect mini get away for our 10 year anniversary!
We had a lovely night away from stress and obligations in the peaceful treehouse. The sound of the morning rain on the metal roof was poetic. The snacks left by the owner were a thoughtful touch.
We had a lovely stay at the tree house. It's an unusual and well-designed place (so impressed with the construction!) with private access in the back yard of the hosts' house. It's not a large space but great for two people, and we found it very comfortable and enjoyable. There is a lovely view from the balcony out across the trees. The tree house is warm and cosy, with all the facilities we needed for our short visit, and it was a great base for our hiking plans around Mount Monadnock.
An extra treat during our stay was deer in the yard one morning (and turkeys).
Some notes:
Pics are a little out of date in terms of contents, there is more than shown (especially in the kitchen area)
Wifi is good!
There is no TV (but see Wifi....)
The kitchen area is small and the only cooking appliance is a toaster oven. We made it work but if you like to cook meals you may want to bear that in mind.
There is also an outdoor fire pit that can in principle be used for cooking, but we didn't try this.
The stairs to the bedroom are steep, we were fine but might be a challenge for some.
What an amazing experience! Everything exactly as described and more. Lovely secluded cabin to relax and enjoy nature and good company. Beverages and snacks provided upon arrival and hosts were super responsive and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough for a peaceful getaway!
