From La Madonnina, near Castiglion Fiorentino, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The beautiful villa offers a family holiday or groups of friends an ideal holiday stay. The house was built in the 20th century and has been lovingly restored recently, using ancient building materials.


The stone floors, the exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and the pastel colors of the furnishings give the house a cozy atmosphere.
Private parking is reserved and the spacious pool in the garden invites you to relax. In this picturesque place you can easily rest or go on excursions in the area: Arezzo's cathedral and traditional jewelery making, in Cortona the old city walls and historic buildings and Siena is one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany.
INTERIOR

The villa is divided into two apartments on each on one floor of the house.
The apartment at the ground floor is composed by a large open-plan living, kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath tub.
On the first floor, the second apartment is composed of a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, living room, bathroom and terrace.

EQUIPMENT: Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, wood oven for pizza, Wi-fi.

POOL

Private swimming pool (12m x 6m) with corner steps.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas for cooking, internet Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels with weekly change, 1 baby bed (on previous request), final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, use of pool from May to September

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: weekly supplement in case SMALL animals come along (15,00 Euro per animal), eventual tourist tax regarding the local legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner)

ON REQUEST: heating in case of use (4,50 Euro per hour), pool towels (10,00 Euro per towel, on previous request), firewood (15,00 Euro per quintal), further additional services on request, air conditioning 200,00 Euro/week
