This stunning new construction offers ease of access to all three world class Park City area ski resorts! Just a 7 minute drive to Historic Park City Main Street and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola!

Wasatch Springs is one of the Jordanelle and Park City area's newest townhome projects, with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, fashionable kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted ceiling living space, and 4 bedroom suites, all stylishly designed for multi-family group vacations.

Sleeping 12, this 3 level townhome offers a King master suite with ensuite bath, a Queen suite with adjacent bath, which is shared with the 3rd bedroom on the upstairs level, a bunk suite with two Full beds in a bunk configuration. The lower level bedroom offers an additional Queen suite and adjacent bath. There are 2 roll away twin beds available as needed.

The home is equipped with fast internet speed, a new large screen TVs with streaming for family movie nights après ski. The kitchen is well stocked for vacation groups with lots of storage and multiple kitchen appliances for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are cozy but spacious, with modern linear fireplace and shiplap to complete the experience. The garage is nearby and a large space for parking two vehicles and storing skis and equipment alike.

Just across the way, the Black Rock Ridge Hotel offers an award winning restaurant and bar, along with coffee and pastry shop, and Park City Creamery for a cheese tasting experience!

With a new traffic light just installed, getting out onto the main road is easy. Park City is a straight shot down the road into the downtown area. A future grocery store and gas station is forthcoming at this location as well.

Whether hiking or biking in summer via the adjacent trails nearby, skiing or snowboarding in the winter months, the Wasatch Springs neighborhood offers a spacious floor plan for large groups, coupled with beautiful finishes and fashionable furnishings, enhancing the guest experience to enjoy Park City year round!

We rented this property for spill over traffic visiting our home who needed a place to stay , We thought it was great and super easy access for our family members to visit us locally and be nearby .
