Enjoy easy access to the Jordanelle Reservoir for swimming, boat rentals, and a waterpark in warmer months. Come winter, drive about seven miles to the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley or the base of Park City Mountain. In winter months Bypass Park City winter traffic by utilizing the Jordanelle Express Gondola into Deer Valley, only 8 minutes away. After exciting days on the slopes, explore Main Street's culture, cuisine, and nightlife.

Relax on the large sectional in the living area. In the evening, light the electric fireplace and settle in to enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. The bonus living area features a sofa bed, smart TV, and arcade game.

Prepare favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the island counter with seating.

Find supreme comfort in the main suite, complete with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a lavish en suite bathroom with a garden soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms also have smart TVs, and one is outfitted with a double-over-double bunk bed.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
