Absolutely perfect

The view was spectacular and the location ideal. Many great restaurants (like Nicos) nearby. The kitchen was well stocked. We were worried about the train noise of other reviews but they put up a sound wall and you could only hear it if you really listened. At night the apartment was silent. I highly recommend

Wohnung mit Sicht auf See

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines MFH. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc.). 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Ein Einstellhallenplatz ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war unkompliziert und freundlich. Balkon mit Seesicht und an den Monte Bré (Abendbeleuchtung wundervoll). In wenigen Minuten ist man am See und in ca. 15 Gehminuten im Zentrum von Lugano.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Lago die Lugano. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einzig kleine Negativpunkte: Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (schlecht isolierte Fenster, lotternde Türklinken, Rollläden kaputt). Da sich die Wohnung neben der Bahnlinie befindet, war es in einem Zimmer sehr laut. Vor allem Güterzüge waren in der Nacht Schlaftöter. Im anderen Zimmer hört man die Bahn praktisch nicht.

Schöne Aussicht!

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf See, Stadt und Berge! Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind gross, die Badezimmer eher klein und in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte gut und war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist zeitgemäss eingerichtet. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer hört man die Züge, aber das hat uns nicht gross gestört. Migros und Denner in Paradiso sind in ca. 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Schlüsselentnahme aus dem alten Schlüsselkästchen ist etwas mühsam, es gab keine persönl. Schlüsselübergabe.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir sind mit 3 Kinder angereist. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens geiegnet dafür. Schön gross, hell und gut eingerichtet. Das Paradiso sowie Lucano City lät ein zum baden, fein essen und geniesen. Es hat viele Freizeit Möglichkeiten und die Leute waren sehr hilfsbereit und fröhlich. Danke an Frau S. für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Abwicklung des Check in und out.

Superbe vue

Appartement très propre et bien agencé. Vue magnifique sur Lugano et le lac depuis la terrasse et le séjour. Balcon peu ensoleillé. Place de parc dans le garage. Accueil très sympathique. A 100 m. du lac, 4 min. des commerces essentiels, situation idéale.

Gute Lage. In nur 20 Minuten ist man in Lugano. Einkaufsläden gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Fenster müssten ersetzt werden. Sie sind nicht dicht.
