Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, very clean and had plenty of room for myself and my family. We loved the pool as well and the quiet neighborhood. Would definatly rent here again!

We enjoyed our stay, lots of room and we never felt on top of each other. 2 families shared the house. The pool was a big hit for the kids. We were able to grill and watch the kids play. Close to all our favorite things in the area!

Lovely House

Just spent 12 days at the property. Great house, lots of space and great pool area. Couple of small things would benefit the experience, a broom and shovel, we bought one and left it, and a clothes horse, we bought one and left it. Location is a good for getting around, 2 mins to the H27, 5 mins to the 192.

The pros: very spacious, nice size pool, pool fence and nice game room.The cons: weeds growing up through the patio, grill was terrible, outside street lights flashing all night. You could see it even when blind were closed. Kitchen is not equipped for that size house. No pot holders or kitchen towel. A used charcoal grill outside the patio with lid in the bushes.

Prepare to be disgusted.

If we weren't lied to about the heat for the hot tub working, we could look past the various types of food that littered the floor/furniture, the weeds surrounding the pool, the rodent feces on the patio furniture, the wrappers on the bottom of the pool, the layers of dirt that covered each wall, the vent fan in the main bath that's detached from the ceiling, the toilet that isn't secured to the floor in that same bath, the hole in the security fence surrounding the pool area, and I could go on. These things, I'm sure we can agree, can be considered normal wear and tear for a rental unit such as this. However, the lack of communication and lack of resolution regarding the heat for the hot tub I can not look passed. After making several email inquiries on billing us for the heat, with no response. Since the emails eventually went unanswered I phoned the management company, and was assured by Patricio that the heat would be included for as a way to cover any inconvenience. After arriving, we discovered the heat was inoperable. I called the manager and he apologized for Patricio not telling me the heater was broken. I was mislead and feel as though they only wanted my money while knowing the importance of the hot tub heater. I can only assume this is why they never charged for the heater and quit responding to the emails. Honesty is the best policy. Emails and some photos available upon request.
