Looking for a cosy retreat and lovely walks? This quiet and pleasant village house is perfect for stays of a week or more. It's located a 2-minute walk from the centre where you'll find a supermarket, a restaurant, a sports field, and a playground. A 5-minute drive away is Lake Ganguise and its water sports centre. You can stroll along the water's edge or enjoy the various activities offered (paddleboarding, pedal boats, windsurfing, etc.). You can also refresh yourself (drinks, ice cream). The nearby village of Nailloux offers inflatable games during the summer season at Lake Thésauque, as well as its outlet village. Nearby, you can discover the markets of Mirepoix (Monday) and Revel (Saturday) with their arcades. The gîte is located 30 minutes from Carcassonne with its Cité and from Toulouse. Regarding the layout of the house, it is based on 2 levels:
- ground floor: a living room followed by the fitted kitchen opening onto an outside courtyard and separately the bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1st floor: three air-conditioned bedrooms with a separate toilet.
