About this property

This is a very home-feeling suite that can accommodate 5 adults comfortably. There are French doors between the 2 rooms for privacy with a bathroom in each room. There is a full kitchen to prepare a meal for your family and coffee area. There are kitchen amenities available to get you started, but request you replace what you use to ensure for the next guest/owner. There are beach towels and other beach stuff available to use.

There is parking available by reservation on a private lot for large trailers within walking distance from the resort call 813-760-3462.

THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE PER ROOM.

EFFECTIVE SEPT. 1, 2022 NO SMOKING ON BALCONIES - ONLY IN DEIGNATED AREAS BY THE POOL AND BAR. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IF I AM NOTIFIED BY RESORT OR IF RESORT ASK YOU TO LEAVE BUILDING THER WILL NO RETURN OF MONEY.

WASH ALL DISHES AND PUT THEM AWAY. DISH RACK UNDER THE SINK. CLEAN UP TRASH OR FOOD ON BALCONIES AS IT CAN BLOW OFF AND ONTO THE GROUND/BALCONIES.

Perfect Location

Right in the beach with a tiki bar restraint that serves good food and drinks. Also walkable to bandshell and expo center

On Daytona Beach... Beautiful!

The condo was easy to find, easy check in, very clean, nicely decorated and enough space for three adults. We enjoyed having the coffee, creamer and water available as soon as we entered. We did have to replace what we used before we left. The place is great except at night it was pretty loud. Given we were there the week of the Daytona 500 and Washington's birthday, there may have been more traffic than usual. A dump truck came every morning at 7 AM, people loudly talking, motorcycles revving their engines, trucks going down the highway. If you want quiet, this is not the place to stay. If you sleep like a rock, then this is a perfect place for you. The hosts were helpful and very quick to reply. Loved being on the beach!

Turkey Run

This is our second year at this unit and it was clean and very well set up. We love the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and everything that we could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back. We found that the Fountain as a whole is very clean and the staff are very polite.

We started to visit our friend and stated if we like it here we will buy it. We found his resort and fell in love with our suite. Our goal is to be family-friendly. We are presently in PA and have 5 children and 2 granddaughters and 4 dogs. I am a nurse and my husband self-employed contractor.

You can come to enjoy the beach and have the comforts of home. If you are family you have the convenience to cook in and not eat out for all meals. You can be at the pool or walk a few steps and be on beach.

What makes this property unique

Our beach space is family friendly and with rise cost, you can still enjoy your vacation without going broke. Our unit provides full kitchen to prep meals then go enjoy beach or pool.
