Very nice unit but……

Really like the unit. It’s laid out very well and clean. Location is good and close to some restaurants in historical part of Avondale. We had 2 problems’ available hot water doesn’t last long enough for a decent shower and the unit above us was extremely loud with repairs and painting being done. If we had know that all that was going on, it would have influenced our decision to stay there. Would like to try again once all units are ready and don’t have to hear all the noises.
