Welcome to our Bonita Beach Bungalow in Wild Pines at Bonita Bay. Completely renovated top to bottom. This rare 10’ vaulted ceiling unit with elevator access is sure to please. You will be impressed with its coastal charm, cleanliness, and open concept. Freshly painted in today’s colors makes the interior bright and cheery. Rest easy in all the new furniture, queen size sofa, and comfy arm chair while watching a full selection of cable TV on a 50” screen, along with free high-speed wireless internet. Gather around the dining area with seating for 4, or delight in a meal alfresco on the screened Lanai. The Lanai floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both rooms offer secluded unobstructed views for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury linens, wall mounted TV and access to Lanai. The bath has a new shower with sliding glass doors, new vanity, toilet, and a washer and dryer. Our bright kitchen with white cabinetry, granite counters, and all new stainless appliances is fully equipped for all your meal preparations and grilling. Whether you are enjoying the beauty of Bonita Bay or plan on exploring the southwest Florida area you will find our accommodations one not to disappoint.
Bonita Bay offers more free amenities than any other community in Southwest Florida. Enjoy Wild Pine’s conveniently located pool , hot tub, gas grills, 2 tennis courts, and club house complete with refrigerator, tables and restrooms. Just a few minutes’ walk from your front door. Take a short shuttle ride to the Bonita Bay Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico which is now currently being renovated from Hurricane Ian, and reopening in mid 2025. Relax in beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the club. Tour the gated 2400-acre Bonita Bay community with 12 miles of award - winning bike trails, nature areas, luxury condos, villas and multimillion-dollar homes. Enjoy the use of a fishing pier on Estero bay, walking nature trails, butterfly gardens, picnic areas, kayak launch, and playgrounds as well as a boardwalk to Estero Bay in Estero Bay Park. In Spring Creek Park enjoy nature trails for hiking and use of free canoes. Riverwalk Park has a 12-station fitness trail, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball courts, playground, picnic area, and cooking grills. Bonita Bay Marina is a great place to charter fishing, sunset, and wildlife cruises. Blackwater Jack’s Restaurant at the marina is a great place for dinner or drinks while overlooking the many beautiful boats at the docks.
Nearby Promenade Plaza (10 min walk from your doorstep) has many choices of dining from a simple burger overlooking water to a high-end special occasion meal. The shopping is great and there is a seasonal farmers market on Saturday mornings.
Should you need a change of scenery check out Barefoot Beach Preserve, Bonita Beach, Little Hickory Island, Lovers Key State park. All ideal for swimming, kayaking, and spotting Dolphins and Manatees. Head south to Naples for great shopping and dining. Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva boast great shelling. Everglades boating is a great day trip.
