This unique one-level waterfront home with fast water access would be perfect for you, your friends, and your families to enjoy. You can fish, kayak, paddleboard, and paddle boat right from the backyard. Yes, we have you covered with kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, fishing rods, floating devices, and bicycles available for you to use during your stay. You are welcome to bring your boat or other water toys as well!

The space:
You will enjoy this one-level waterfront house. It's approximately 2,400 square feet with additional 200 square feet of entertainment area/game room. Excellent Hi-Speed internet from Xfinity/Comcast with Orbi Mesh system to ensure that play and work are not interrupted. 4 Samsung Smart TVs with Netflix ready to watch your favorite movies. Plenty of parking, 4 to 5 cars can be parked on the driveway and one car inside the garage. Just bring your boat, friends, families and relax on the water and the best thing is fishing right from the dock.

WHAT WE OFFER:
● Fast water access with a private dock. When bringing your boat or jet
skis, the docking options are to the right or left side with dock cleats to tie
off your boat(s). Boat rentals are also available nearby.
● Xfinity/Comcast cable Internet Orbi Mesh system to boost Wi-Fi
connectivity.
● Central Heating and Air Conditioning.
● Life jackets (we have some life vests/jackets available. But we recommend
bringing your own).
● Laundry room - washer and dryer.
● Outdoor heaters for those cooler nights.
● The kitchen is very well stocked with full dishware, basic cooking
essentials, wine glasses, and we supply several spices for cooking.
● Keurig coffee maker, instant coffee, and filter coffee.
● Tea station with a variety of flavors.
● Plenty of parking. 4-5 cars can be parked on the driveway.
● Large deck with patio heaters, patio furniture
● Additional large size yard for BBQ with outdoor dining table and chairs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
● The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin sofa bed.
● The middle bedroom has a queen bed and a queen over twin bunk bed.
● The front bedroom has a queen bed and a queen over twin bunk bed.
● The living room has two twin sofa beds and a twin standard sofa.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
● The marina boat launch, gas station, Discovery Bay Yacht Club, Marina Boardwalk Shops, and The Boardwalk Bar & Grill.
● Boat rentals are also available nearby.
● Trash (Brown lid bins) gets picked up on Thursday mornings. Recyclables (Blue lid bins) get picked up Friday mornings. Guests are asked to put bins out on the street/curbside for pickup on Wednesday. We will text you on Wednesday to remind you.
● When bringing your boat or jet skis, the docking options are either right or left. There are dock cleats to tie off your boat(s).
● Please don't play loud music outside on the deck or dock because it echoes on the water. Discovery Bay has a noise ordinance, no loud music after 10 pm. Please be kind and respectful to our neighbors. You will be evicted if the neighbor calls the Sheriff for house parties or noise complaints.
● There is no boat trailer parking allowed on the street. Boats can be launched at the Discovery Bay Marina. No trailer parking is allowed on the street or driveway. Trailers can be parked at the Discovery Bay Marina overnight.
● The property has 14 outside security cameras and 1 Ring Doorbell Camera. The cameras are recording / monitoring for safety and security purposes 24 hours. No audio recording. There are NO cameras in the house. The camera locations and angles will be detailed in the rental agreement.
● Guest requires to sign and comply with the rental agreement to stay. The Rental Agreement is listed in the House Rules section. Guest must be at least 28 years of age unless there is a prior arrangement before booking.

GUEST ACCESS:
● Self-check-in with digital key code.
● Check-in time is 4 pm.
● Check-out time is 11 am.
● We allow early check-in and late check-out when
