Great house to chill and recover
On the very positive side, this is a lovely up-to-date house that met our needs well. It's been recently remodeled and had a few kinks yet to be worked out, but nothing major. From our first step in booking and throughout our stay the management company staff were exceptional in their quick and responsive communication. When we had minor problems, they acted immediately to help and advise. That being said, although the property is set up for 'contactless checkin,' we had some frustration with finding the exact (and somewhat odd) location of the house and could have used some in-person orientation and explanation of how to work things. For example, there is an automatice ice maker, but it's not in the freezer and we had no idea it was in the cupboard or how to use it until we asked. Note that the property is located approximately in the center of the island, not consistent with the 'beach' and 'beachfront' descriptors in the listing. Relying on standard Google maps will not get you to the house.
The house is well stocked with basics and the management staff quickly brought anything lacking.
Overall, a very successful vacation in a nice house with great support.
