The 40 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard location. The apartment can be accessed barrier free and is therefore well suited for seniors. The bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2,00 m) for 2 persons with high entrance and a large full-body mirror. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker / oven / ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and further extensive kitchen interior. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a compact radio. On the pull-out day bed can 3 and 4. FIG. Person sleep very well (1,60x2,00 m) The bathroom has a shower / WC. A hairdryer is available.

The modern and fully equipped apartments are quietly located right in the center of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, close to the historic market square and the St. Mary's Church. Walk on the historical tracks of Martin Luther or just enjoy a long shopping tour.
