Beds (4): Master = queen + single, Guest = queen + single. Newly renovated, with new tile and hardwood floor.
You will enjoy your stay in this condo and this area, plus many great seafood restaurants in nearby Murrells Inlet. (Please book Sat-Sat for Spring/Summer weeks).

The location is great and peaceful~ a valuable plus at the beach! Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of notes (instructions) to follow. Hope VRBO will get the check in and check out times fixed. Owners are quick to respond.

Clean and great location

We loved the location and the fact that there were two beds in each room. It was a close walk to the beach and the pool was nice. The place is very outdated to the point of the beds being extremely uncomfortable. The toaster only works if you hold it down while making toast and then only toasts one side of the bread. The owner stopped by a few times which was a bit odd and even though we had an 8 night stay there was only one trash bag. We told him about it on day two but he never brought more. We also only got one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for eight nights so we had to buy some. The location and price were great but due to the beds being so uncomfortable we wouldn't stay again. Hopefully he'll invest some money in upgrading a few things.

Confusing check -in

The property was just what we needed. We enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for a fun stay at the beach. However, we did not receive communication about how to get into the condo ahead of time. This caused a lot of confusion. Once this got straightened out everything was fine.

Great Condo, Pool, and Beach Access

We loved staying at this complex. Our condo was just the right size for our group of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and the beach chairs were helpful as someone forgot theirs! :) The condo was clean. The furniture was not as comfortable as we like and the mattresses need to be updated. The pool was large and has an eight foot deep end. We loved being able to jump in! There is a new beach access right on the corner of the complex. And the balcony is perfect for your morning coffee or late night adult beverage. We will definitely stay here again.

there were dirty diapers in the trash can in one of the bedrooms. Smelled of mold throughout the condo. Old time furniture that didn't work. The chairs in the living room would not go down. You had to exit the chair and then push hard to get the foot to go down. The three of us were over the age of 65 and it was difficult. Would not recomend this unit to anyone.

I really loved the price and the location-right across the road from the beach-and close to two access paths to the beach. Nice balcony. Ceiling fans in every room was nice and having full kitchen and laundry was great. The one bedroom had a really squeaky queen bed-so that was uncomfortable. Many of us did not have hot water for showers. There was also a sign to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees.

This unit is very cute and has an excellent layout. The location can't be beat, such a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The only thing that we didn't like was that it seemed one room had not been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets in the bed were sandy and there were granola bar wrappers and tissues under the bed. The rest of the house was very clean though so I think it was just a mistake and likely not a common one. The only other thing was that the bed themselves were not very comfortable. Everything else about this place was really wonderful!

Cousins trip

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It is a little dated but was adequate. It is just across the street from the beach. This is a first floor unit but there is a few steps to access the condo. Dave was there when we got there and he was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

We really enjoy our Surfside Beach condo, and the area here. We actually live only about 7 miles away off of 17 Bypass closer to Myrtle Beach. Retired in 1998 and moved here that same year from Columbus, OH. Am also a graduate of Ohio State University (that's right........'GO BUCKS'). My wife Carla had worked many years as a legal secretary.

Why they chose this property

I had been somewhat familiar with the Grand Strand because of several golf vacations to the area over the years. As we searched for a beach condo, we found this 'Beachwalk' unit to be somewhat larger than others, in a smaller complex (just 12 units), and in the quiet community of Surfside Beach.

What makes this property unique

Just walk across Ocean Blvd to the beach, and the unit also has a large deck with a partial ocean view. There are no high-rises in Surfside, so the area is more like a residential community as opposed to a crowded 'resort/vacation' destination. Also has a large buit-in charcoal grill area by the pool.
