Perfect for groups or multiple families, this incredible retreat is located a quarter-mile from the beach. You’ll love the open three-level layout and updated, comfortable furnishings, and your very own private hot tub. Amazing lake views await on the two-story deck, complete with a gas grill and alfresco dining space.

Cathedral beam ceilings soar on the top floor -- the great room features stunning views and a wood-burning fireplace. Prepare delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This floor also includes a guest bedroom, a half bath, and a suite with an en-suite bathroom.

The middle level holds a roomy suite with an en-suite bathroom and direct deck access. You’ll also find a laid-back living area, full guest bathroom, and two guest bedrooms (one with deck access).

Play a game of billiards by the gas fireplace in the lower-level game room, where a convenient kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, and full-size fridge. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

Enjoy comfort and convenience courtesy of the private garage. The flat driveway is perfect for snowy conditions in winter and boat parking in the summer. This outdoor oasis is also near forest access, hiking and biking trails, and the boat ramp.

Holiday stay 2023

This house is in a great location in North Lake Tahoe and if you have a large family + dog it checks all the boxes. There are plenty of rooms, hot tub, game room, etc. The check in process is easy and the managers are very communicative. The bathrooms are a bit old, especially the master bath. The kitchen needs repairs, many of the drawers are stuck open or closed. The kitchen also needs to be re-inventoried. There are about 50 spoons to 8 forks, 100 plates to 10 coffee mugs, etc. The house does the trick – its clean enough and we enjoyed ourselves, but it needs a little TLC.

Great view; plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay. The view is much better than the picture represents. The home layout with two bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for our elderly parents and disabled daughter to be comfortable. The house although well-lived in was clean, and the issues we had with the door lock code were resolved promptly. We would stay here again.

Needs some repair but beautiful property and location.

Beautiful property and location. Had trouble getting in with the code that was given, but property manager helped with that. Understandable that the home showed wear because it is a rental, but there were also some areas where repairs need to be made. The railings on the decks were loose, along with some of the glass, so it appeared to be unsafe to stand near them. The water was too low in the hot tub, so the jets didn't work correctly. We were unable to use it. There were broken blinds on one of the windows, and one of the shower heads was missing. Mostly, there are repairs that need to be done throughout the home, but it was mostly clean. Some windows and glass on the deck railings were dirty, but the bed sheets and pillow cases were clean and had a fresh scent. Overall, it was a lovely home and a nice open floor plan and location for our family.

Poopy Diaper

Hi! Unfortunately, I would highly NOT recommend this house. There was a poopy diaper in the linen closet and a ant infestation in one of the downstairs bathrooms. The hot tub was unable to stay warm because the cover on the side to fully close the hot tub was broken. Overall, this place was pretty disgusting.

DO NOT STAY AT ANY VACASA PROPERTY! THEY WILL SCREW YOU. THEY CANCELLED AND WILL NOT REFUND ME.

My family booked this location for a ski week for 5 nights. 3 days before, Vacasa cancelled the entire reservation even though weather issues were causing problems for the weekend before we were going to come up, and if they were still a problem, would have only been an issue for a day. Instead of working with us, they just cancelled the entire thing with no notice other than an e-mail. AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. They are still holding on to multiple thousands of dollars and refuse to refund me, even though THEY cancelled the trip. The best they offered was a credit, for 45 days, in the same location. As a family with young kids and multiple friends we had coordinated with, you know that rescheduling this type of trip for the current ski season is close to impossible. Vacasa never cancelled the reservation with VRBO, which is why I'm somehow able to leave this review. VRBO may be fine, but just avoid the hassle and do not EVER book a property with Vacasa again. Their policies are insane and they are inflexible & impossible to reach on the phone. I am still waiting for VRBO to try and refund my money, but who knows. It's been weeks.
