This house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and can accommodate 8 people. Close to shopping, restaurants, and lots of activities that Charleston has to offer. There is a spacious fenced backyard and a large front porch with swings, rockers and sofa for sitting and enjoy some Southern Sweet Tea!

My husband and I fell in love with the Charleston area several years ago and set our goal to purchase a home in the area as soon as possible. We enjoy all the Low Country has to offer with beaches, boating, social events, restaurants with delicious food, mild climate, and tons of other activities.
Why they chose this property
We purchased a home in the Stony Landing neighborhood for its quiet southern charm. The neighborhood is very friendly and has sidewalks for walking, riding a scooter, or stroller.
What makes this property unique
This property is conveniently located to the Low Country attractions without being in the tourist crowds. Recently renovated with modern updates and amenities.
