I wish I had read all of the reviews thoroughly before booking. The home is a catfish - tastefully decorated with a lack of amenities that are worth the premium being charged. One review nailed most of the issues and for a “group” that “would have addressed” the issues if they were brought up in real time, there was little that was done about it from December. In summation: the kitchen was understocked with valuable tools. There is still no toaster. There is a large amount of pots and pans for the stovetop, but only 1 cookie sheet with no lip. The plug-ins around the home were overwhelming and had to be unplugged for our stay. One room had no television. One room had a burnt out overhead bulb. There are no box springs under the mattresses, which created stability and comfort issues for two guests. One bed with broken slats in the bed frame were put together with ELECTRICAL TAPE. There are no ceiling fans. There are no extra pillows or blankets. There are no extra hair dryers that we could find save for one. There is no hand soap in any bathroom. There were no courtesy sponges, dish washer liquid/powder/pods, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels or kitchen towels. There were no TV guides to help navigate the televisions. The driveway is small and barely accommodated our two sedans with no garage access. Landscaping crew came at 0830 on a Saturday to mow lawns and literally blew grass at a guest’s feet, though not their fault it should be noted. Be aware before booking!
Broken bed “fixed.” Guest states it was the most uncomfortable bed and had difficulty sleeping.

We do want to respectfully clarify that several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the condition of our property. Our home is regularly maintained, fully furnished, and intentionally stocked with the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. We also have documentation and photos showing the home’s condition before and after stays. Additionally, the photo included in this review does not belong to our property. During this stay, there were also clear violations of house rules, including smoking inside the home and leaving the property in an unacceptable condition upon checkout. We always welcome honest feedback and work quickly to address legitimate concerns when brought to our attention during a guest’s stay. However, we also believe it is important that future guests have an accurate understanding of our home, which continues to be enjoyed by many families and groups. We remain committed to providing a lovely, clean, and enjoyable experience for all future guests.

Review for the VRBO you can copy paste Unfortunately, this property was not as represented in the listing. Upon arrival, several basic amenities were missing or not as described. Some of the beds did not have sleeping pillows, though there were plenty of decorative throw pillows. The kitchen lacked essentials like kitchen towels and a toaster, and while a hair dryer was listed as an amenity, there was not one available.The water pressure throughout the home was very poor. Additionally, one of the slat beds was broken, which required us to move it out of the room and place the mattress directly on the floor to make the space usable. The number of air fresheners and plug-ins throughout the house was overwhelming and difficult to avoid.On the positive side, the home did have toys available for kids, which was appreciated, and there were large TVs throughout the house.Overall, this stay fell short of expectations based on the listing and could use better maintenance and more accurate representation.

We did not receive any communication regarding pillows, the toaster, the hair dryer, the bed, or water pressure while you were in the home. Our home is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to every arrival, and we regularly inspect furnishings and amenities. Any items that were damaged or missing have since been addressed. We appreciate you noting the toys for children and the TVs throughout the home, and we are always working to improve. We value guest feedback and will use it to continue maintaining a high standard for future stays.

Great house, nice bedrooms and living room. Great communication with owner. Could use a couple items in kitchen like mugs, potholders and dish towels. There was only a Keurig coffee maker in the house and my husband doesn’t like that kind of coffee, so that was a personal issue. Which if we had known beforehand we would’ve just brought our own coffee pot. Overall very comfortable, nice neighborhood and would stay there again.
