About the host
Hosted by Bruce Coy

We are Pam and Bruce Coy. We've been married since 1982, and have 2 grown, married children and one grandson! Oh, and a great dog named Josie! Half Boxer half Lab.
We are nearing retirement and spend a lot of time on our Trawler or in our camper. We also have 2 family lake houses on Lake Murray in Chapin, SC (one will be on VRBO soon!)
We are nearing retirement and spend a lot of time on our Trawler or in our camper. We also have 2 family lake houses on Lake Murray in Chapin, SC (one will be on VRBO soon!)
Why they chose this property
We moved to Summerville after 10 years in NYC and then 16 years on the barrier Island, Isle of Palms, SC (where we raised our children.) When they were grown and gone, this was the first and only house we looked at in Summerville. Secluded, safe, close to absolutely everything Summerville has to offer
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because we are so close to Downtown, being downtown, yet we have 2/3 of an acre, surrounded by 5 acres of DOT buffer zones that will never be developed. Hidden away in the middle of it all!
