We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The host was very attentive as well.

Great location for our plans while visiting. Dishcloths and more toilet paper would be great. Plan for Keurig coffee maker for visit. Overall very comfortable and clean!

Ours was a quick stay in the area for a friends meet up! The location is near all major amenities and restaurants. We did not use the kitchen area much as we planned all of our meals to be at restaurants in the area. The home was stocked with all necessary paper products and guest amenities. The house was clean and simply decorated. The water pressure in the master bath sink needs some adjustment but the shower in the master bath was not affected at all by the low water pressure in the bath sink. The low water pressure was not affected in the hall bath either. It was sufficient. We had plenty of towels for our short stay. It was a great stay for our needs.The only suggestion would be to spend some time in the back yard for clean up. Although we did not go into the yard, we did use the deck. If we were staying longer, it might have been nice to use the outdoors more as the weather was wonderful. All in all, we would rent this house again for our small group of friends. Much better than renting hotel rooms with no evening gathering spot! It is a great find near the city of Charleston with out Charleston pricing!!

I will start by saying the house was lovely and was exactly how the listing said. However; the host wasn't very responsive through the app, he told me he didn't check his emails often and text/call would be better. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned at all. I called the host and he jumped on things immediately. Apparently, his cleaning people just didn't show up. Some of that is on them for not checking in with their cleaning crew but they fixed the issue and the house was cleaned within 2-3 hours of check in. I was told by the host that I would receive a discount for the trouble (which I did not receive any discount/refund as of yet but really hope I do for all the trouble). Again, the house was wonderful but it was just as if they weren't prepared for my arrival at all. It wasn't a terrible experience but it definitely could have been better. I don't ever plan to go back to that area again BUT if I did, I would definitely look in to staying there again. The house had tons of space and felt very homey. The neighborhood was nice and I felt very safe. The location of the house was perfect as it was close to shopping and restaurants. I would have loved to give this a 5 star review and under different circumstances, I probably would have.
