Loved this beautiful historical neighborhood and home! I couldn’t have been more pleased with this overnight visit before our weekend in Charleston. Walked to dinner and breakfast in this quaint southern town. Perfect!
We stayed at this beautiful property while in town for a family weekend. The location was perfect! So many things within a walkable distance, including an incredible farmer’s market on Saturday morning. There are several very nice playgrounds close by as well. The house is clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. We would highly recommend the house, the location, and the host. She texted several times during our stay to be sure we had what we needed and to let us know she was available. Can’t ask for better care than that!
We stayed at Charleston street cottage with our adult family. It was very comfortable with a beautiful front porch. It is a quick walk to downtown Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to highways for all of the Charleston must dos!
We loved this property. The home was beautiful, the furnishings, the location. On a quiet street in downtown Summerville with gorgeous trees. The porch was my favorite area perfect for relaxing. It is very close to downtown Summerville, a nice area to walk around. The house was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. I would highly recommend this stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home nestled in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It was our home base for a long weekend celebrating our youngest child’s 30th birthday by touring Charleston. Tranquil and yet convenient.
We were in Summerville for a wedding. The VERBO was easy to find and a charming place! It was cold out so we didn't enjoy the porch like we wanted to but it was a great place to stay! We were kept busy the whole time we were there!
We loved the area: convenient to Azalea Park, Downtown Shops and Restaurants! We also loved the spaciousness and coziness of the house. The only thing I would suggest is to add blinds to the kitchen and front rooms windows! I would recommend it to family and friends!
We loved the house, the location and especially the porch. We had a wonderful time in the area and can't wait to come back. Our hosts were amazing and very kind.
Beautiful, well kept home in Historic Summerville.

They had bicycles that we used every morning.
Will definitely stay there again when we are back in Summerville, SC.
We had friends visiting from NYC who stayed at the house. They absolutely enjoyed this beautiful historical home in the historic neighborhood of Summerville.
We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend. I selected this home because it had plenty of rooms and bathrooms but it had so much more! It was beautiful both inside and out! It was clean, spacious, and so relaxing! Coming back to this space after a long wedding day was exactly what we needed! This space is in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for just enjoying each other’s company! We would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely one of the best VROB we ever stayed at. Immaculate, tasteful, many thoughtful touches. Great location to center of Summerville. Host excellent response to any questions. We plan to stay here again.

I stayed with 4 of my college girl friends. Beautifully furnished 3 full baths were a real extra. 2 on main floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and 2 twin beds upstairs. Enjoyed Coffee on the porch each morning and card games each night in dining room,
An earlier review said the stairs were steep I totally disagree the stairs were wide and well lit. Easy to find home lots of parking. Will stay there again. Great place for adult gathering.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I used to walk by this area downtown Summerville and both agreed it was our favorite street. One day we saw a for sale sign and the rest is history. We still love this street and neighbors and we think you will too.
What makes this property unique
We moved this over110 year old home from down the street, put it on our lot and remodeled it. It has imperfections but loads of charm.
