This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips who enjoy life! Be productive while having fun with their loved ones. Beautiful, comfortable & affordable for high quality amenities! It is a perfect Sweet Spot close located in Summerville, only 10 miles from famous plantations, and weeding destinations and 25 miles way from Charleston downtown, and beaches (Island of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach, Edisto Beach). Make memories here!

The space
Property has 4 spacious bedrooms. One room is located downstairs and three upstairs. Each one has a queen beds. The room number 1 (downstairs) has a sofa bed/futon in. Another sofa bed/futon is loaded in living room.

Room #1 has a full bathroom, private office and closet.

Rooms # 2 & 3, have queen bed, jack and Jill full bathroom. Dedicate studying desk with chair and sitting area.

Room # 4, has a queen bed, full bathroom, office with armored in and balcony.

All windows and doors have blinds. The bedrooms come with blackout shades. All bedrooms has its own TV and the living as well.

Laundry is located upstairs with washer & dryer, steam, iron and iron board.

Downstairs with open concept, there are the living room, full kitchen and entertainment area with a pool table.

In front of the townhouse there is a driveway that can fit 4 cars.

The backyard has a sitting area with view to the pond. Yard is not fenced.

Great vibe with everything we needed.

This was our home base for exploration of Charleston. It was cutely decorated with bright colors. We found everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and hosting late night snacks. Commutation with hosts prior to (and once during stay for a question) was prompt and !professional.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Sweet Spot. The entire house is very clean & nice. The description of the house was spot on. Very cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Not only would I stay here again but my husband booked The Sweet Spot while working down here. Also the host was always prompt answering questions. Thank you for the amazing stay Sweet Spot.

Great property, flexible layout, great communication

The property appears exactly as presented in the images. The property was clean and well laid out to accommodate all of our guests (5 adults, 5 children) comfortably. Each room has its own lock, and there’s room in the driveway for a couple of cars. The property owners were great at communicating upon initial booking and leading up to and during our stay. The location was convenient and the kids enjoyed seeing the ducks in the pond out back and hanging out in the kitchen/family room area. The pots and pans were great for putting some food together, and as long as your flexible with eating arrangements the kitchen is well laid out (there just isn’t a ‘dining room’ or large table to sit a large group at if that’s needed but there are bar stools at the counter). The beds were comfortable, and we brought our own pillows, and the rooms were well laid out and the bathrooms were clean and showers had good pressure. Would definitely stay at again for future visits to the area.

A Room for All

This worked out very well for us. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my 89 year old mother who has some mobility issues. The 3 sisters loved the themed upstairs rooms.
