Our Beach Home is an original island home with the unique character of the island. It is a spacious home where you can host a large family gathering or a small group with space for everyone to stretch out and get lost in the island life.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, Great room with a large TV for football watching, a Kids Bunk, pool room, 3 TV's, 3 Porches, Bed swing on the back porch for napping, a Firepit, Swim spa, Putting green, and 5 large oaks that frame the night sky or shade you from the summer sun. The ocean waves can be heard crashing ashore from the backyard. Come enjoy our slice of Heaven.

Great spot on IOP

We had two families in town for baseball stay at this spot. Very short walk to the beach. House has some chairs, boogie boards, etc but if you have a larger group maybe bring some more. Backyard is amazing with the fire pit and hot tub. Would stay here again.

The house was very nice with plenty of room for all of our guests (10). The amenities were great, lots of billiards play, soaking in the huge hot tub, and being so close to the beach was a bonus.

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The screened-in porches were a nice southern touch. The beach access was was an easy walk.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this Isle of Palms cottage. It was very well appointed, clean, and spacious for a extended family of 10 people. The beach was only a block away. Created wonderful life long family memories!

IOP house

We had a fantastic stay in IOP with our family. Plenty of space for our family, plus a few visits from extended family and friends visiting for our son’s wedding. So many amenities with this property. All were happy from 3 years old to 85 years old!

Great place and location!!

Great place and location!! Thoroughly enjoyed our time at IOP and this house was great both inside and out! All of the amenities were great too! My kids learned how to surf with the surfboard at the house. The spa, fire pit and ping pong were so nice to use in the evening when it was cooler outside as well as the porches!! The house had a really cool layout and was very clean! A+

Perfect Place for a Girls Weekend

We used this Vrbo for a 50th birthday girls' trip. There were 11 of us. Everything was perfect. Great location. Awesome amenities. Great service and communication when needed. 12 out of 10 for this place. We LOVED it and had a blast! Highly recommend.

Relax by the beach

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed celebrating my daughter’s graduation from high school. When not relaxing at the beach, we had plenty of room for playing board games, watching movies or relaxing on the swing in the back screened in porch. We had fun roasting marshmallows in the fire pit while our 13 yo son did mini golf in backyard. My personal favorite was relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Great property to have a larger group with several on site activities. Loved our stay!

Perfect

We had a group of nine people, two families, from ages 13- adults. We could not have asked for more from this home. Our thirteen year olds were playing in a week long baseball tournament at shipyard and this location was perfect. We could go to the beach after games or lounge in the hot tub. The house itself is simply gorgeous with the character of a southern plantation and the convenience of modern life. Isle of Palm was lovely and the beach was a quick walk down the street. We have been to many beaches and beach rentals up and down the east coast. This home was my favorite.

Great house! Good location. Very well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. We enjoyed having the wagon to load up for beach, but tires need air! Lots of outdoor things to do. You may want to include info about the rec dept we found accidentally while walking the neighborhood. Teens wish they had brought their basketball. Overall, great stay.

Perfect stay with family and friends

Great house with lots of space and amenities! We were there for a baseball tournament at shipyard and had 2 other families staying with us. It was a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed playing cornhole and everyone enjoyed the swim spa during our downtime. The property manager was very helpful. We had car trouble upon checkout. They were very understanding as it took hours for the tow truck to arrive.

Marvelous rental has everything and location is superb

We were blown away by the size and comfortable feeling of this rental. 9 of us loved the space in the living room where we all sprawled out and the kitchen and eating space which seated all of us. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms sparkly clean and we felt right at home immediately. The kitchen was expertly stocked with every pan and tool imaginable. At one point during the week each one of us said, "I love this house". 5 minutes to the beach. There are several comfy porches to read a book or just "vege" out

Why they chose this property

Our home is on a very quiet street close to everything. The beach is within walking distance, downtown and the grocery stores are walkable or a golf cart away. You are a couple blocks from
the rec center. Great location!

What makes this property unique

The unique charm of our home dates back to the 1947 when it was first built on the island. We are surrounded by 5 live oak trees that encompass the property. Upon entering it feels small and quaint. Don’t let your eyes deceive you-it has a large, comfortable footprint. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven.
