Pour rĂ©sumĂ© le gĂźte est bien situĂ© dans un village calme Ă  proximitĂ© du lac et de ses activitĂ©s. Le logement en lui mĂȘme est correct: points positifs : literie, stores, cuisine; points nĂ©gatifs : la propretĂ© (poussiĂšres, toiles d’araignĂ©e, la douche un enfer Ă  faire fonctionner, on s’est brĂ»lĂ© plusieurs fois. Pas pratique (que le mode pluie qui fonctionne), toilettes qui arrosent la cuvette lorsqu’il y a le rabat.Le petit jardin est agrĂ©able avec sa terrasse et son mobilier oĂč on mange Ă  l’aise Ă  6 personnes. La communication a Ă©tĂ© fluide et rapide avec le propriĂ©taire, c’est apprĂ©ciable !Donc pour 3 jours c’est ok, pour plus Ă  6 je ne recommande pas forcĂ©ment.

Tout est tres bien, sauf le clocher qui se trouve a 10m.... sonne toutes les heures...ET 2 X donc difficile de dormir et de surcroĂźt les fenĂȘtres ouvertes

Le gite est spacieux et agréable. Il bénéficie d'un extérieur.Et la localisation est idéale : proche du lac de Der (on peut y aller à pied) et juste à cÎté d'un parc.
