We loved our stay! The unit was beautiful, clean, Very spacious and the views were amazing from all the windows and especially the huge balcony!Checking in was a breeze along with checking out. Close to the beach and the pool was very relaxing. We did not want to leave! The only issue we had was losing Internet, once we contacted the management team they were quick to schedule a maintenance check. Also, the washer machine sounds like it was going to fall apart during each load we did. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry one regular load. Hoping to return next year!!

Beautiful Views

The views from this property are spectacular! We had plenty of room for game play, jigsaw puzzles and chilling in the evening and a well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Easy walk to the beach and quick responses from the property manager. Would definitely book again.

Great stay in Gulf Shores

We stayed here June 21st-26th, 2022. We really enjoyed the condo and appreciated the thought put into how the property was furnished/appointed. The views from this property are truly outstanding, especially being a corner unit. As for WiFi, we had multiple computers connected for work/personal stuff and it worked well. I also appreciated the detailed checkout instructions, as those can be vague sometimes. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Condo

I’ve stayed at Crystal Tower before, but this condo was by far the best one we rented. The end unit was fabulous and the sunsets from the 19th floor can’t be beat! The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The pools and hot tubs were clean and very nice and we all enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo!

This was my husband's and my 4th time to Gulf Shores, and our (almost 2 year old) daughter's first time. This was by far our favorite condo that we have stayed in. The location was great, very easy access to the beach, fantastic view and a really well kept condo. The master bathroom shower was probably one of our favorite parts of the condo....3 shower heads! We had no issues checking in or during our stay. We will definitely try to book this condo for our future visits. We loved it!

Quiet getaway

Overall, our stay was great. They need to replace the mattresses in the suite rooms because they have dips in them. The toilet in the master bath rocked, and the shower would fill up due to slow drainage. All fixable things.

This condo is amazing! Spacious, clean, well stocked. We loved the views of sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The amenities are amazing. There are grills downstairs available to use and they are very nice, with gas line connection. Our steaks turned out amazing. There is also an ice maker downstairs available to use to fill our coolers for the day at the beach. Hallways, grounds, pool are well kept and very clean. It is a gated property, so no strangers are wondering, very safe! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

First Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we were super excited. When we got to our condo we were pleasantly surprised that it matched the pictures exactly. It was spacious and to our surprise had lots of items such as boogie boards, cart, floats, etc. left in the laundry room for you to use during your stay. Overall the experience was wonderful and the views are spectacular. The only downfalls I would say of the rental is they don’t give hand soap in the bathrooms, only 1 paper towel roll, and 1 toilet paper roll. We were staying 4 nights and I do feel that these small inexpensive gestures would go a long way. I definitely recommend 9/10!

Great at 708!!!

Only a few things wrong with the property. A. The toilets are not made for older or obese people. Please replace with handicapped toilets. B. The water drains out slowly in the master shower. C. The deck chairs on the balcony on the gulf side are broken. D. The breaker for the overhead lights and ceiling fans for the bedrooms pops about once a day. E. For the price of this rental cable TV should be included. F. All in all except for the small inconvenience’s a great place to stay.

Multiple year guest

This is our second time staying in 708 at the Florencia. We have stayed in another unit two prior years in the same building. Everything was great but the place needs maintenance. This is the second year the ice machine did not work and the clothes dryer took a long time to dry anything. This was the first year the security gate was wide open the entire week. We assumed it was being maintenanced. The gates to the back docks were not activated until the last nite. Our passcode would not work which was disappointing since it was our last nite there and we enjoyed walking out and watching fish at nite. Overall a great place and we will be back again next year.
