Our apartment house in the Waldstraße 32 offers you comfortable and individual apartments with very nice amenities. The house is completely renovated and has its own parking spaces directly on the property.

After the DTV classification rated and awarded 4 **** The spacious, lovingly furnished 3-bedroom apartment is located in the 1st. First floor of the Villa Malve. It consists of a spacious living room with separate dining area in the porch, a comfortable double bedroom and a separate bedroom with bunk beds - ideal for a family holiday. In the master bedroom takes a cot space. In the bedrooms provide blackout blinds and dark curtains for a comfortable sleep environment.   For cozy hours outdoors, the spacious terrace on the roof of cultivation sun into the evening, partly overlooking the Schloonsee. Books and games for all ages are ready for you to pass the time. The fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace and the friendly diner with tub perfect your stay and promise a totally relaxing holiday.   The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. Cot and high chair are available for our guests. ����Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).   A parking space on the property is also available.   Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.  We give you days! In season seasons A and B the following arrangements are offered: 5 days stay = pay 4 days 7 days stay = pay 5 days14 days stay = pay 10 days

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
