The residence Bellevue is located between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser in a unique beautiful location. It consists of eight sophisticated homes on a park-like grounds of 7 000 square meters. Each apartment has 1 free parking space (42) in the garage. Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony or loggia. The top floor apartments have a beautiful view of the backwaters. The Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes through a beautiful beech forest, which reaches to the beach. On the island of Usedom, which is known for its long, sandy beaches, you will find at the husband and wife Singer your holiday home for the perfect rest. On the 40 km long white sandy beach, the beach resorts are like pearls on a string. Hikers can go hiking on the beach. The adjacent forests, meadows and fields invite you to explore nature. In general, the 445 sq km long, elongated island Usedom offers a charming nature and something for every taste. The island is dotted with small and larger lakes and the Peenestrom with its rugged outcrops of the Achterwassers separated from the mainland. With an occupancy of more than 2 people, the DTV star standard of 4-stars is no longer guaranteed. The bright and friendly furnished apartment is located in 1. OG and has 2 south-facing balcony, one of which is covered and equipped with table and chairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds and flat screen TV, another bed for one person is possible with an extra bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and a large living room with 4 seater sofa and armchair, dining table for 5 People and 1 TV.

Sauber und geräumig

Die Unterkunft war OK.Sehr sauber. Keine Klimaanlage. Wenn man das Fenster offen hat hört man permanent das Rolltor der Tiefgarage.Ohne Auto auf gar keinen Fall anreisen. Zu Fuss ist alles ein ganzes Stückchen zu laufen. Die ganze Nachbarschaft ist im allgemeinen ziemlich laut.Die Moskitonetze waren eingerissen. Die Waschmaschine war top mit Trockner . Funktioniert einwandfrei. Aus der Duschebrause kommt nur ein Rinnsal von Wasser.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen mit viel Platz

Helles großes Wohnzimmer, 2 ausreichend große Schlafzimmer auch für 5, 2 Balkons, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wasch/Trockner und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, leider ohne Mikrowelle. Der direkte kürzeste Weg zum Strand ca 10 Gehminuten, zum Stadtzentrum ca 15.
