Warm, Modern Home

This warm, new home has everything you need for your family, cozy living area with a wood burning fireplace and modern kitchen with large island to host all the activities. Great location with ski in and ski out access and quick walking access to the village. Great home that meets a families needs.

Beautiful, quiet property with terrific views.

Property was as described and had everything we needed. The upper balcony was a great place to relax and was exactly what we were looking for. If i had to mention ome negative it would be to start adding on some window treatments, at least in the bedrooms. Grest during the day, but felt a little uneasy at night as there were no blinds on any windows at all. That was it though. Tough to complain otherwise. Great home.

This is a beautiful home, however, there are a few key concerns and issues that would prevent our family from returning or recommending it to others. First, I would not define this as a true ski in ski out. Yes, it does back onto a run, however it’s quite challenging for kids or anyone who would have trouble climbing up a steep incline with gear to access the run. When we arrived the wifi did not work and it took hours of trouble shooting with the property manager and restarting the router to get it to work. It was inconsistently available throughout the duration of our trip and when this was brought to the attention of the owners, there was no response. One of my major complaints is the lack of window coverings on any of the bedroom windows. This is inexcusable in any rental accommodation as I feel it’s a basic expectation (as is access to wifi) and especially one at this price point. Not only did this drastically impact quality of sleep, but it also is a huge privacy concern as there are homes on either side as well as a ski run directly behind the home. Finally, at the end of your stay you are expected to pack all your garbage into your vehicle and drive it down the road to the waste management centre. If you fail to do so, you will be charged $50/bag of garbage. For the price of this accommodation and the cleaning fee you pay, this is absolutely unreasonable request. I have stayed in many short term rentals and have never been required to do this.Disappointing experience

This is a premium ski-in/ski-out chalet with incredible access as the other reviews clearly attest. We tried absolutely everything possible to fix the wifi issue but despite our best efforts it was beyond our control. A very generous gift basket was delivered to demonstrate our understanding of this unfortunate situation. The window coverings are clearly stated in the property description so guests are informed. The removal of garbage is a standard protocol in the resort for private residences that has been in place for years for wildlife purposes and a great example of cooperation between guests and residents.

Overall we had a really wonderful stay and loved the character of the space and big kitchen. The only trouble we had was with the drains in the upstairs shower and sink being totally clogged when we arrived. We had to pull a few large handfuls of hair and crud out of the drain so that we could brush our teeth the first night. Other than that everything was beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing cabin!

We stayed at this cabin for Christmas and skied Panorama for 3 days. It was amazing. The cabin is exactly as listed and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The steam shower is fantastic. We will definitely be back.
