Apartment n°1 : Sybèle

This apartment is part of a building consisting of three apartments in a village house, in the centre of the village of La Gaubretière. The construction dates back to the 1850s and we have completely renovated the first and last floors of the building.
Nearby, you will find all the essential shops: hairdressers, butcher, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, banks, pizzeria, mini-market, etc.
The village of La Gaubretière is 5 minutes from Les Herbiers, exit 29 of the A87 motorway and 14 minutes from Puy du Fou.

Parking is free.

Each accommodation is completely new.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140 double bed and a quality mattress. This apartment also has bunk beds, ideal for children (dimensions 90x190).
In the living room, you will benefit from a sofa bed with also a mattress of 140, i.e. a maximum capacity of 6 people (including baby).

Pets are not allowed. Please let us know in the case of assistance dogs.

The accommodation and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.

We provide you with household linen:
- 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 hand towels
- 1 tea towel

The kitchen is equipped:
- an oven,
- a microwave,
- a dishwasher (tablets will be provided),
- a kettle, toaster, coffee pod (Dolce Gusto: 1 pod per day and per person will be provided)
- a hand blender
- kitchen equipment and utensils (dishes, pans, pots, colander...)
- dishwashing liquid, sponge, brooms and brushes, salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.

Baby equipment can be made available to you (cot, high chair and bathtub) at no extra cost. Please ask us for it when booking and leave it in good condition.

Books, board games, a fibre Wi-Fi connection and a TV are available in each apartment. You will also find brochures and tourist documents to discover the surroundings.

When you leave, we take care of the cleaning but we ask that the apartment be tidy, the dishes clean, and the laundry put in a pile in the bathroom. Also remember to close all the windows and leave the radiators at 18°.

For waste, you will have a bin for household waste in the kitchen as well as yellow bags for recyclable waste. A small bin is also in the bathroom. Please simply close the bags, we will throw them away.
